pregnancy Yoga


Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable from 16 weeks if you have not practiced yoga before or earlier if you are a regular yogi, please discuss with your midwife if you are unsure. 

Designed to stay fit and comfortable in pregnancy, relieve common aches and pains and learn key tools on how to breathe, move and relax as you prepare for labour and birth as well as make new friends. 

Classes take place on Wednesday evenings, 7:30PM-9PM

and include a 20min relaxation followed by a calming chamomile tea and natter. 

Classes are £50 for a block of six weeks.

Mum&Baby Yoga


Our Mum&Baby Yoga classes are suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post C-section until baby is crawling. Our classes are designed to help you recover from pregnancy and birth and regain your strength and fitness. We focus on key areas that struggle during those first six months, such as achy backs and tired muscles, as well as using relaxing movement and breathing techniques to calm the mind from all the worries of parenthood. Baby also gets involved with some gentle yoga movements, positions and massage.

Classes take place on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 11:15AM.

Classes are £45 for a six week block and take place on a termly basis.
